Bestest Friends is my favorite. I think at least one member of my household fell out of a chair during that one. (Possibly me since I was normally the one in the folding chair with no arms.) The eye thing was so wrong! But in that wonderful moment, we knew that cancellation was imminent, even if the eye thing *was* in silouette. (Did I spell that right? If not, I blame the drugs. There's one good thing to be said about kidney stones-- they give you some good drugs.)

Anyway, the tests for picking a best friend were so messed up too. An ex of mine had a Zim watching party and invited this guy that I'd never liked much in the first place. He said that Bestest Friends was the least funny episode in a completely unfunny series because they didn't *show* the test with the beaver and the toy taxi.

We tried to explain to him that it was funnier because they hadn't shown us the test, since it left it open to our imaginations what happened. He said it wasn't funny unless he could figure out what the test was and then determined that the test was funny.

In addition to being one of the funniest things I have ever seen, it gave me concrete justification for not liking that guy. Before that I just had a vague feeling that there was some reason that I shouldn't like him, which really doesn't go very far when you're dating his best friend.

Anyway, Room with a Moose is the same way. What is it that's so scary about a Room with a Moose with walnuts that isn't scary about a plain old room with a moose? I have no idea. That's why it's so funny!

The image of a fully visible Zim in that invisible machine with Gir running around plugging the power cord in totally cracked me up.

And the dialog with Dib at the end was absolutely hysterical!

A close second would be "Parent Teacher Night" simply because of how wrong it all was!
